FAQs
Are flights included?
Flights are not included, however, transfers to and from the airport are included.
Do you have a payment plan?
Payment plans are available for your convenience to spread the cost. Make your initial deposit of £250 and you will contacted about the remaining payment.
Will there be alcohol?
The villa will be an alcohol-free zone. Embodiment practices can require deep soul searching, which is best done and handled more delicately with a sober mind.
Is there free time on the retreat?
There will be ample time to chill and integrate. There is a lovely pool and sunbed at the villa with your name on it! Each day we have built in at least 4 hours free time for you to spend how you wish.
What should I bring with me?
A swimsuit, sun protection, and an open mind! An email with full details will be sent out nearer the time.
Do people travel solo?
This is precisely the epic space to travel solo to. We got you covered, in sisterhood, with likeminded women. You know Nina is a pro solo traveler, and so her retreats are created with solo travel in mind. Brave bad bitches get your ass here! It’s only scary for a minute and then it’s liberating and empowering.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, get yourself covered, just in case.

Nina Mandair
I was on a mission to heal myself and my patterns in love, and now I'm on a mission to help you. With the belief that we can create the life that we want, I will guide and cheerlead you through your journey.
I'm a certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with a Masters degree in Psychology, it's fair to say Human Behaviour is my jam. In her spare time, you'll find Nina scuba diving, hiking, and never getting bored of sunsets!
